CE Franklin Ltd. will release its earnings report for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, Thursday, April 26, 2012, after the close of the markets. It will also be posted on the company's website.

The company will then host its financial analyst conference call on Friday, April 27, 2012, at 11 a.m. ET (9 a.m. MT) to discuss its earnings report for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012.
