CE FRANKLIN LTD. - CONFERENCE CALL ANNOUNCEMENT - FOURTH QUARTER 2011 RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

CE Franklin Ltd. will release its earnings report for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2011, on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, after the close of the markets. It will also be posted on the company's website.

The company will then host its financial analyst conference call on Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at 11 a.m. ET (9 a.m. MT) to discuss its earnings report for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2011.
