CERTIVE SOLUTIONS INC. (CSE:CBP) ANNOUNCES GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS

The board of directors of Certive Solutions Inc. has granted director, employee and consultant stock options. The company has, pursuant to its stock option plan, granted incentive stock options totalling 5,725,000 shares exercisable for a term of five years at an exercise price of 25 cents per share. The closing price of the company's shares on Sept. 17, 2014, was 18 cents per share.
