Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian indices.

The Toronto Stock Exchange announced today in the daily bulletin that the shares of Belo Sun Mining Corp. will graduate to trade on the TSX at the open of trading on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012. The ticker symbol will remain BSX and the Cusip number will remain 080558 10 9. The company will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2011.

Belo Sun Mining is also a constituent of the S&P/TSX Venture Select Index. The company will be removed from this index effective after the close of Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at which time it will be listed on the TSX.

The company is also a constituent of the S&P/TSX Venture 30 Index. According to methodology, it will remain in this index while trading on the TSX until the next semi-annual review of the index in August, 2012.
