Mr. George Mannard reports

BEAUFIELD ANNOUNCES SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Ronald W. Stewart, effective immediately, has resigned as president and chief executive officer of Beaufield Resources Inc. in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Stewart will continue in his role as director of the corporation.

The corporation's chairman, George N. Mannard, commented, "I would like to thank Ronald for his contribution to the corporation during the past year and wish him all the best in his future endeavour." The board of directors has appointed Mr. Mannard as interim president and chief executive officer.
