ARROWSTAR ENGAGES LAWRENCE KOYEL FOR INVESTOR RELATIONS SERVICES

Arrowstar Resources Ltd. has engaged Lawrence Koyle of Vancouver, B.C., to provide investor relations services to the company.

The agreement is for an initial term of one year, which may be extended by mutual consent. Mr. Koyle will be paid $5,000 per month and will receive 200,000 stock options at 12.5 cents as part of the company's incentive option plan.

This agreement is subject to regulatory approval, and all terms will be subject to and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the TSX Venture Exchange.
