ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC: APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Anglo Pacific Group PLC has appointed David Archer as senior independent director with immediate effect. As previously announced, Mr. Archer joined the board as an independent non-executive director on Oct. 15, 2014, and also holds the position of chair of the remuneration committee.
