ALLEGIANCE EQUITY CORPORATION RESCHEDULES SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Allegiance Equity Corp. has rescheduled an annual and special meeting of its shareholders for Nov. 18, 2014, at 10 a.m. (Toronto time) to be held at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel, the Leaside room, 475 Yonge St., Toronto, Ont. The meeting was previously scheduled for Oct. 20, 2014.
