Morgan & Morgan Announces That a Class Action Lawsuit Has Been Filed Against iBio, Inc. -- IBIO

2014-10-31 15:15 ET - News Release

NEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Morgan & Morgan announces that a class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on behalf of investors who purchased iBio, Inc. ("iBio" or the "Company") (NYSE:IBIO) securities between October 13, 2014 and October 23, 2014.

If you want more information about the iBio, Inc. Securities Class Action, please contact Morgan & Morgan at 1-800-732-5200 or email info@morgansecuritieslaw.com

If you purchased iBio securities during the Class Period, you may, no later than December 23, 2014, request that the Court appoint you lead plaintiff of the proposed class. A lead plaintiff is a representative party that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. Any member of the purported class may move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff through counsel of their choice, or may choose to do nothing and remain an absent class member.

The Complaint alleges that during the Class Period, the Company issued materially false and misleading statements to investors by wrongfully suggesting that the Company's Launch platform patents and related proprietary technology would be licensed by the makers of the experimental Ebola drug, ZMapp. When the true facts were revealed, the price of the Company's stock fell significantly, damaging investors.
