Skyline Signs Indemnification Agreements

ELKHART, Ind., Nov. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 25, 2014, the Corporation entered into an Indemnification Agreement ("Indemnification Agreement") with each of the directors of the Corporation.  The Indemnification Agreement requires the Corporation to indemnify these individuals to the fullest extent permitted under Indiana law, subject to certain exceptions, against liability that may arise by reason of their service to the Corporation, and to advance expenses incurred as a result of any proceeding against them as to which they could be indemnified.  The foregoing description of the Indemnification Agreement is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Indemnification Agreement, which is attached as Exhibit 10 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 26, 2014, and incorporated herein by reference.
