NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. ("Fuel Systems" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: FSYS) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Westport Innovations Inc. ("Westport") (NASDAQ: WPRT).
