(NYSE: RPAI or the "Company") announced today that Floor & Decor has signed a new 65,000 square foot lease at La Plaza Del Norte shopping center in San Antonio, Texas, backfilling the previous Sports Authority location.  

Floor & Decor is a leading specialty retailer in the hard surface flooring market. They offer the broadest in-stock selection of tile, wood, stone, related tools and flooring accessories - at everyday low prices. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

La Plaza Del Norte is a power center located in a dynamic shopping district in San Antonio, across from North Star Mall, with excellent visibility and access from Loop 410 at San Pedro Avenue. The center is anchored by Best Buy, Total Wine & More and Ross Dress For Less.
