Progress Watch Corporation (PINK SHEETS:PROW) has retained top intellectual property law firm Ernest D. Buff & Associates, LLC to negotiate a final agreement with TeleDNA Communications Pvt Ltd headquartered in India. The Company signed a letter of intent with TeleDNA in January 2014 for completion of development of TeleDNA's broadcast technology, including features for streaming audio and video content directly from the users mobile phone. The technology is being designed to function on 4G and Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile networks. Upon completion of development, the Company will own the technology.

Ernest D. Buff & Associates specializes in intellectual property, patent, copyright and trademark law. Ernest D. Buff & Associates will provide advice and counsel to Progress Watch to ensure that its intellectual property is protected.
