The cash dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015 to shareholders of record on July 31, 2015. This is the twelfth consecutive quarterly dividend to be paid by the company and represents a quarterly payout of $101,283 in aggregate, based on 10,128,311 shares outstanding as of June 30, 2015.
