2014-04-03 08:06 ET - News Release

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL(eTeligis.com)

Nestbuilder Agent, the recently announced video channel of RealBiz Media Group (OTCQB:RBIZ), has joined an elite group integrating native advertising through an agreement with Nativo, the leading native advertising platform for publishers and brand marketers.

Nativo, the only native advertising platform that works across every kind of content-rich site, cross platform and cross device, is being used by some of the most premium publishers known including Entrepreneur, Reader's Digest, McClatchy Interactive, Hearst Newspapers, Kiplinger Washington Editors, InvestorPlace Media, The Street, and Source Interlink Media.

Nestbuilder will leverage the Nativo platform to serve sponsored content, also known as "native advertising," into the recently launched Nestbuilder consumer and agent platform.

"Advertisers using the Nativo platform will benefit from reaching highly engaged and contextually targeted users of Nestbuilder attracting brands that target home owners and potential home purchasers," said Steve Marques, President and CRO of RealBiz Media Group.

"The video oriented experience of Nestbuilder is an excellent fit for sponsored video content as the user can curate and share," Marques continued.

According to Nestbuilder executives, the click through rates for native video will be 5 to 20 times higher than conventional advertising.

"We were attracted to the end solution that Nativo offers," said Marques."It means we can move quickly to deploy native advertising solutions and monetize the Nestbuilder platform, which saves us time and money in development and sales, as well as delivers deep performance metrics and engagement analytics," he added.

Nativo boasts more than 1,700 publisher publications already using the Nativo platform to deploy, manage, optimize, and deliver native advertising across their owned and operated media properties.

The Nativo platform has been in development for two years prior to launching in early 2012. They have quietly led the native advertising category since then, and now execute hundreds of millions of native ad impressions per month across their partner publications.

RealBiz Media Group, a real estate digital media and technology company just recently launched its personally branded online video channel, Nestbuilder, which gives real estate agents in the United States the ability to syndicate to clients through social media venues, email, video, and native advertising.

Real Biz's Nestbuilder is making it possible for an estimated 800,000 real estate agents who find themselves without listings each year to have a one-touch source to increase their client base.

According to Marques, the Nestbuilder site is designed to enhance the home shopping experience for homebuyers with informative, entertaining, and highly targeted listings and helpful content. The site gives agents the ability to promote homes as well as the agent's personal brands and local community events that are populated utilizing automatically-generated, custom-tailored home listing agent video reels, which can be syndicated to clients through social media venues and email.

Capturing marketing leads and catering directly to specific clients is a win-win situation, not only for real estate agents, but also for consumers who, thanks to Nestbuilder Agent, can now connect to an agent in a personalized and meaningful way.

A real estate agent that uses Nestbuilder Agent as their primary contact media can optimize their personal brand, allowing them to enhance the circulation of their contact information, listings, community specialization, and other particular services.Increased SEO rankings are expected to drive traffic directly back to agents and increase the duration of client viewership.

The Nativo platform will enable Nestbuilder clients to distribute branded content cross-publication and cross-device with scale, control and relevancy.
