Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. et al., Case No. 2:14-cv-00677-JRG-RSP, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

On August 5, 2015, the Markman hearing for the Company's case against Huawei was conducted as scheduled. Markman hearings are an opportunity to address the Court by oral argument. Each side argues to the judge its respective position on how the key claim terms within a patent should be construed. At some point following the Markman hearing, the Court will issue a ruling on the constructions of the key terms and phrases for later use by the jury.
