(PINKSHEETS:IDGC) is pleased to announce that it has relocated its headquarters to Dolton, Ill. with its fully owned subsidiary Fluid Solutions Group, Inc. (FSG) to take over an existing plastics recycling business . The facility is 6250 sq. ft. with the capacity of 4 tons per day. The move also represents a savings to IDGC's current overhead.

More importantly there is an existing business here, that only utilizes 35% of the facility footprint that we can also improve upon to create another revenue stream for IDGC."
