and its website, www.artcommerce.media.

Art & Commerce Media is a full-service video and digital content creator that will serve as a complement to Fresh Harvest Products' enterprise software and 
software as a service (SaaS) business. The new division provides services such as narrative & documentary work, branded content & digital video creation. The team at Art & Commerce Media has provided content creation and support for several world-class corporations, government organizations and educational institutions including the United Nations,
Novartis, the Juilliard School and others.

Additionally, Fresh Harvest Products would like to announce the recent filing of its Annual Report for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2014.
