(NASDAQ: FFIV), a global leader in Application Delivery Networking.

The Concentrix service revenue sales team in Costa Rica will support F5 Networks’ Latin American renewals business using Concentrix’ proprietary RenewalsManager™ platform, which drives increased renewal revenue and customer retention by simplifying support contract and subscription management. The RenewalsManager platform supports the entire renewal process, from data management to initial customer contact and final analysis of results – including a partner portal for managing customer contracts. The platform publishes email notifications to F5 Networks channel partners and end users to remind them of upcoming renewal opportunities. Further, RenewalsManager provides internal sales, account managers, channel partners, and executive management with a real-time consolidated view of their respective renewals pipeline.
