Tim Dooley, Chief Financial Officer for Republic Airways Holdings, Inc.
(NASDAQ: RJET), will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2012
Global Transportation Conference on Thursday, May 17.
Mr. Dooley will present commentary on the Company's relative position in
the airline industry, and provide update on the Company's 2011 financial
and operational performance. He also will discuss Republic's plans to
separate its fixed-fee and Frontier operations and the restructuring of
the Company’s small-jet operations. Republic's presentation will begin
