Access Control Solutions Provider Unifies its Eight Offices through Cbeyond’s Virtual Servers, MPLS Network and Support

As Pro Access expanded its operations to eight U.S. offices, the company faced an overwhelming challenge in attempting to maintain and synchronize communications. Each of its offices utilized disparate phone lines and servers, making it difficult to quickly and securely contact its contractors, installers, architects and engineers. Additionally, Pro Access struggled to receive timely support and issue resolution from its previous provider.
