HickoryTech Corporation (NASDAQ: HTCO) today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of HickoryTech common stock. The $0.14 dividend is payable on June 5, 2012 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2012. HickoryTech has approximately 3,360 shareholders holding roughly 13.4 million shares outstanding.

HickoryTech has paid a cash dividend to shareholders for more than 60 years.
