Hospira is a specialty pharmaceutical and medication delivery company that develops, manufactures and markets products that help improve the safety and productivity of patient care. The Complaint further alleges that Hospira was unable to remedy problems identified in FDA Warning Letters related to the Company's infusion pumps, quality control deficiencies, and manufacturing weaknesses.
