Books-A-Million locations across the country are calling super heroes everywhere to put their capes on as they host ‘Marvel Super Hero Saturdays’ during the month of September from 2-4 p.m.

“Spider Man, Thor, Jean Grey, The Hulk ―we look forward to seeing our customers dressed as their favorite characters this fall!” said Sandra Wilson, Senior Buyer of Children’s and Teen Books at Books-A-Million. “Over the years, Marvel Comic books have entertained and thrilled so many of their fans. The super heroes, along with the great story-lines, have been popular to readers young and old.”

Books-A-Million carries a wide selection of Marvel comics, graphic novels, and collectibles at their stores nationwide, and each store will host training exercises in-store, whiz-bang-boom storytelling, and other rad, crime-fighting activities ― featuring different Marvel characters weekly:

Books-A-Million also invites customers to register to win an online giveaway each week, as well as participate in a Super Hero photo contest via Instagram:

• Weekly prize pack giveaways for online entries include the Guardians of the Galaxy movie soundtrack and Junior Novel, DVD prize packs featuring the Amazing Spider Man 2, Iron Man 3, Captain America First Avenger, X-Men: First Class, The Avengers, DK Marvel Encyclopedia, and so much more! All entries must be received each Sunday by 11:59 p.m. CST, and winners will be announced each Monday.
