Maine Board of Nursing Unveils Sleek Website Design

2017-03-22 08:00 ET - News Release

Company Website: http://www.Maine.gov
AUGUSTA, Maine -- (Business Wire)

The Maine Board of Nursing is pleased to announce the redesign of its website, available at http://www.maine.gov/boardofnursing/. The updated website was developed by the Board in partnership with the state’s digital government provider, InforME.

The new website provides the public and the 28,000 licensed Maine nurses with key information about licensure, disciplinary actions, and educational resources, organized by topic type. The new website is modern in design and automatically responds to the device being used including phones, tablets, or computers. The site has been reorganized with a focus on usability, providing users several self-service tools to obtain the information or forms they need with the click of a button.

“This website greatly improves how we connect with our licensees and the public,” commented Kim Esquibel, Executive Director, Board of Nursing. “The public can now access more information about the profession and disciplinary actions; current and prospective licensees can obtain up-to-date rules and laws and forms and applications for licensure.”
