release second quarter financial and operating results on Thursday,
August 14, 2014, before the stock market opens. HMH plans to file its
financial statements in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is
expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no
later than 8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 14, 2014.
At 8:30 a.m. EDT on Thursday August 14, 2014, HMH will also host a
conference call to discuss the results with its investors. The call will
