TravelCenters of America LLC (NYSE MKT: TA) today announced that it has scheduled its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for May 20, 2013. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is February 19, 2013.

TA’s travel centers operate under the “TravelCenters of America”, “TA” and “Petro” brand names and offer diesel and gasoline fuel, restaurants, truck repair services, travel and convenience stores and other services.
