CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- (Business Wire)
The West Virginia Office of Secretary of Education and the Arts recently
launched a new website enabling users to access useful and relevant
information quickly and easily at: http://www.edandarts.wv.gov.
The new website was built using responsive design, adjusting to any size
screen whether the user is accessing the site from a smartphone, tablet,
laptop, or desktop computer. The redesigned website makes it easier than
ever to connect with the agency and stay up to date on the latest news,
announcements, and events as well as to find information about its
grants, programs, and agencies. Additionally, the site features a new
photo section that enables visitors to connect with the agency on
Instagram and view images of recent events.
“We are thrilled to have partnered with WV.gov to design our new
website, and working with them on the project was effortless!” said
Gayle Manchin, Cabinet Secretary. “Visitors to our new site can quickly
and easily find information about our programs and agencies, which
supports our ongoing efforts to empower the lives of West Virginians.”
The Department of Education and the Arts provides statewide leadership
and innovation, enhancing arts and minds throughout West Virginia.
Composed of six agencies and a number of special programs originating
from the Cabinet Secretary’s Office, the Department seeks to reinforce
the rich heritage of culture, education, and artistic creation in West
