Power Asia Pacific 2014 Japan Business Mobile Phone Service StudySM.

The study, which was released yesterday, determines rankings based on customer satisfaction benchmarks in four categories: handset and service, troubleshooting, sales representatives, and cost. DOCOMO scored highest in overall satisfaction.
