Quest Water Finalizes Joint Venture Agreement to Market WEPS(tm) Atmospheric Water Technology

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, May 28, 2014 /FSC/ - Quest Water Global, Inc.  (QWTR - OTCQB),("Quest" and/or "Quest Water" and/or "Company"), an innovative water technology company, and developer of the AQUAtap(tm) Community Drinking Water Station and WEPS(tm) Atmospheric Water Extraction and Purification System, announced today that the Company has finalized the formation of a Joint Venture with Global Air Water Resources Ltd. ("GAWR"), a BVI company, to market the Company's WEPS(tm) line of products on an exclusive worldwide basis. The joint venture will be led by atmospheric clean water pioneer Thomas W. Angell, who has been working for the past decade to discover and make available technologies that provide safe drinking water to water scarce regions worldwide.

The Joint Venture will operate under the Global Air Water Resources brand, and capitalize on Mr. Angell's established relationships and network in the global atmospheric water industry. GAWR has very strong relationships worldwide with government and industry leaders along with numerous non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Mr. Angell has developed a strong presence in the U.S., Mexico, South America, the Middle East and countries throughout Africa.  He also has established working relationships with the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Military, the Department of Homeland Security, and the militaries of several foreign governments.

Quest Water will own a 50% equity stake in the Joint Venture. Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Thomas Angell will act as CEO & President, while Quest will appoint one other person to the Board of Directors. The JV will be equally funded by GAWR and Quest with each company contributing $250,000 for a total of $500,000 to be utilized for the manufacturing of five WEPS(tm) demonstration systems, marketing and general working capital purposes.

Quest Water's proprietary atmospheric Water Extraction and Purification Systems, known as WEPS(tm), can provide water scarce regions with an alternate, sustainable, pure source of water without exploiting current, limited fresh water resources.
