INVICTUS ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF THE PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED BINDING LETTER OF INTENT WITH UNIFIED CANNABIS CORP.

Invictus MD Strategies Corp., further to the company's news release dated Dec. 16, 2019, has terminated the binding letter of intent with Unified Cannabis Corp. of Calgary, Alta., in respect of the proposed $5.7-million convertible debenture financing.
