CSE bulletin 2020-0216

Delrey Metals Corp. will change its name and symbol to Carlyle Commodities Corp. and CCC, respectively, and will consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for seven preconsolidation shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,075,229.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new Cusip number on Feb. 18. 2020.
