ALTAIR ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At Altair Resources Inc.'s annual general meeting of shareholders held on Nov. 20, 2019, Harold (Roy) Shipes, Dr. Aylin Cecen Aksu, Bruce Reid and Jeffrey Steiner were re-elected as directors for the ensuing year. The shareholders also passed all other resolutions, including an ordinary resolution to ratify the company's stock option plan, pursuant to which the company may grant stock options up to 10 per cent of its issued and outstanding common shares at the time of the grant.

Following the shareholders meeting, Mr. Shipes was appointed as chairman and chief executive officer of the company, and Nick DeMare as interim chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Mr. Shipes, Dr. Aylin and Mr. Steiner were appointed to the audit committee and compensation committee.
