GOOD GAMER ENTERTAINMENT INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF OFFICERS

Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. has appointed Kate-Lynn Genzel as chief financial officer of the company, effective Jan. 31, 2025.

Ms. Genzel is a finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience in financial and management reporting, strategic planning, treasury, budgeting, and compliance while serving in executive management roles of publicly listed entities and private corporations across various sectors. Ms. Genzel is a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a bachelor of commerce (honours) degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

The company has granted an aggregate 100,000 incentive stock options to Ms. Genzel. The options are exercisable at five cents per share for a period of four years from the date of grant. The options have been granted under and are governed by the terms of the company's incentive stock option plan.

Zara Kanji has resigned as chief financial officer of the company. The company thanks Ms. Kanji for her many years of services to the company and wishes her all the best in future endeavours.
