Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 31, 2026) - Stardust Metal Corp. (CSE: ZIGY) ("Stardust" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") for the listing of its common shares on the TSXV.
Stardust's common shares are expected to commence trading on the TSXV under the symbol "ZIGY" at market open on September 3, 2026. In connection with the commencement of trading on the TSXV, the Company's common shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE").
Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the change in listing.
"Listing on the TSX Venture Exchange is an important milestone for Stardust," said Janet Meiklejohn of Stardust. "Our focus is now on completing the updated Omega mineral resource estimate ("MRE"), advancing systematic drilling at Omega and McGarry, and integrating McGarry's extensive historical geological database to produce an updated MRE early next year. The TSXV provides the right platform to advance these assets and build long-term value."
Closing of McGarry Option Agreement
Separately, Orecap Invest Corp. ("Orecap") has received TSXV approval of the previously announced option agreement pursuant to which Stardust has the option to acquire up to a 75% interest in the McGarry Project. With the receipt of this approval, the transaction has now closed.
