Further to its bulletin dated July 10, 2024, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Taiga Motors Corp. will be delisted at the close on Aug. 19, 2024. According to the TSX, the company has failed to meet the exchange's continued listing requirements. The company's securities will remain suspended from trading.
