Effective at the close of business on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and in accordance with NEX policy, Section 15, the securities of the company will be delisted from the NEX, for failure to pay quarterly NEX listing maintenance fees. Prior to delisting, the shares of the company were subject to suspension from trading.
