REGENT PACIFIC PROPERTIES INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Regent Pacific Properties Inc. has appointed Chelsea Yu-Dien to its board of directors, effective May 12, 2025, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Ms. Yu-Dien joins Eddie Yu, David Tam and Edward (Ted) Power on the board of director for the ensuing year. Ms. Yu-Dien has also been appointed as a member of its audit committee, effective May 12, 2025, such that the audit committee comprises Mr. Power, Mr. Tam and Ms. Yu-Dien.

In addition, Regent has appointed Mr. Yu as corporate secretary of the company. Mr. Yu will replace Mr. Tam, who has resigned from his position as secretary, effective March 1, 2025.
