MINERAL ROAD INCREASES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to its news releases of April 8, May 1 and May 21, 2026, Mineral Road Discovery Inc. has increased its non-brokered private placement to 10 million units from six million units at a price of six cents per unit for proceeds of $600,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at a price of eight cents for a period of three years from closing. Proceeds will be used for general working capital.

The private placement is subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange and all securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
