Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated April 9, 2025, effective at the opening, Thursday, April 17, 2025, the non-voting exchangeable shares of Partners Value Investments Inc. (PVII), a subsidiary of the listed issuer, Partners Value Investments LP, will commence trading on the exchange.

Capitalization:  unlimited number of exchangeable shares, of which 2,782,980 are issued and outstanding

Terms:  Each such exchangeable share at the option of the holder is exchangeable on a one-for-one basis for the currently listed equity limited partnership units of the partnership -- PVF.UN. These exchangeable shares are of the same class as the shares issuable on the exercise of the currently listed PVII warrants -- PVF.WT. Accordingly, the number of issued and outstanding exchangeable shares may increase on exercise of the listed PVII warrants.
