PLANET 13 RECEIVES DEA REGISTRATIONS FOR ALL 34 FLORIDA DISPENSARIES

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued federal registrations for all of the company's state-licensed medical marijuana dispensaries in Florida.

The registrations are part of the DEA's initial issuance of federal registrations to qualifying state-licensed medical cannabis dispensaries, announced on Oct. 30, 2026. This is the first phase of the federal framework established by the Attorney-General's order in April, 2026, following the rescheduling of state-licensed medical cannabis to Schedule III under the Controlled Substances Act.
