The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Premium Income Corp. will list up to an additional 2,633,000 preferred shares at the open on Jan. 29, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $16.20 per preferred share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Jan. 22, 2026, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Aug. 7, 2024.
