NEW AGE METALS ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGE

New Age Metals Inc. has appointed Curtis Freeman, MSc, PGeo, to the board of directors of the company, effective immediately.

Mr. Freeman is a U.S. certified professional geologist and a licensed geologist in the state of Alaska, as well as a member of several professional organizations. Since forming Avalon Development in 1985, Mr. Freeman and his crews have conducted mineral exploration all over Alaska, as well as in Yukon, the Western United States, Central America, South America, New Zealand and Africa.

Harry Barr, chief executive officer, remarked: "We are pleased to have Mr. Freeman join the board of New Age Metals. Curt is a well-respected geologist with many years of experience exploring and developing many successful projects around the world. Management welcomes him to the board of New Age Metals and is looking forward to working together to advance the company."

Mr. Freeman's appointment comes after the passing of one of the company's directors, John Londry. Mr. Londry will be missed by all who worked with him and had the privilege to know him.
