MEREN TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2026

Meren Energy Inc. will publish its financial and operating results, along with the related management discussion and analysis for the three and 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, after Toronto market close on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026.
