LDB CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO FINANCIAL YEAR-END

LDB Capital Corp. has elected to change its financial year-end to Dec. 31 from Nov. 30. The reason for the change of financial year-end is to align the company's financial year-end with the financial year-end of Eventer Technologies Ltd., an Israeli company with which the company entered into a share exchange agreement dated Feb. 19, 2026, in respect of the company's proposed qualifying transaction in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.4, Capital Pool Companies. For more information on the proposed transaction, please refer to the news releases issued by the company dated Nov. 24, 2025, and Feb. 19, 2026.

A notice of change in year-end, which sets out the length, start and end dates of periods, including the comparative periods, of the interim and annual financial statements required for the company's transition year and its new financial year, has been filed on SEDAR+.
