KIARO ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF ITS DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

Further to the news release dated Jan. 17, 2023, Kiaro Holdings Corp. has successfully closed its definitive agreement regarding the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Vaped, for $250,000.

Vaped, known for its innovative presence in the e-commerce space, operates an extensive on-line retail business through three major websites, offering a range of products and services to a diverse customer base. The sale was finalized on Dec. 20, 2023.
