Exercise price of warrants:  $1.25 (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2,702,400 shares with 2,702,400 share purchase warrants attached, disclosed on Feb. 29, 2024, and accepted by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
