Harvest All-In-One High Income Shares to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Harvest All-In-One High Income Shares ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2026, for trading at the open on Oct. 1, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 100,000 Class A units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol HONE, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 41752E 10 3.

The TSX reports that the ETF is an exchange-traded alternative mutual fund trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to the terms of an amended and restated declaration of trust dated Sept. 23, 2026. According to the TSX, the ETF seeks to provide unitholders with high monthly cash distributions, and the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis in a diversified portfolio of exchange-traded mutual funds managed by the manager that: (i) invest in equity securities, including underlying ETFs that invest in single-issuer equity securities; and (ii) engage in covered call strategies.

The ETF's manager and trustee is Harvest Portfolios Group Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated in its prospectus dated Sept. 23, 2026, the ETF is issuing 100,000 Class A units at $12 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering before the open on Oct. 1, 2026. The designated market-maker RBC Capital Markets.
