HAMMOND MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED PROVIDES UPDATE ON TARIFF RECEIVABLE

As a result of evolving trade uncertainties, Hammond Manufacturing Company Ltd. has revised its estimated United States tariff receivable established in the second quarter of 2025 from its current value of $2,604,000 to nil. The impact will be reflected in the fourth quarter reporting and is expected to lower net income by $1.94-million. The receivable related to an anticipated refund for tariffs paid by the company between the period March 12, 2025, and June 4, 2025, and does not impact the company's results of operations for subsequent periods.

The company manufactures a broad range of products for the electronic and electrical products industry, including metallic and non-metallic enclosures, racks, small cases, outlet strips, surge suppressors, and electronic transformers.
