Faizaan Lalani has been appointed a director of Good Gamer Entertainment Inc., effective July 31, 2025.

Mr. Lalani is a capital markets consultant with over six years of executive leadership and advisory experience, having served as chief executive officer, chief financial officer and independent director for a range of public and private companies across diverse industries. His expertise spans corporate finance, governance and strategic growth initiatives, with a proven record in helping companies navigate complex capital markets.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lalani has played a pivotal role in raising capital, leading M&A (merger and acquisition) transactions and enhancing corporate governance structures. He has advised both established public entities and emerging private companies on deal structure, financing strategies and strategic planning.

Adam Hudani has resigned as a director of the company. The company thanks Mr. Hudani for his many years of services to the company and wishes him all the best in future endeavours.
